This article will cover how to upload inventory into PhoneX with a spreadsheet if you use PhoneX as your system of record, meaning you don't keep another system (like for managing inventory and orders) in sync with PhoneX.
If you do have another system that you keep in sync with PhoneX through spreadsheet uploads, here is the article you should visit: How to Add and Update Inventory if You Keep PhoneX and Your External System in Sync with Spreadsheet Uploads.
1. First, head to your Inventory page.
Here, you can add new SKUs and update on-hand amounts using the Inventory Import.
When you import new inventory, you will upload your entire list of inventory every time. The system will do the math and show you the differences between the previous item quantities in PhoneX and your updated quantities with the new inventory import.

3. Fill out the spreadsheet.
- To add a new SKU, add a row with Item #.
