When you add new inventory to PhoneX, you may get a notification that your items have missing attributes. This short video and step-by-step article show you how to use the Attribute Manager to add the missing attributes to your inventory.
1. If you just added new Inventory, you will be alerted to missing item attributes.
Click on Add Item Attributes to get started or go to the Item Attributes page.
2. Your Item Attributes page will show you all the inventory that is priced and ready to add to the Stock List, and items that are missing required attributes.
3. Click Export to get the spreadsheet you will need to fill out to add missing attributes.
4. Your inventory list will download into an Excel file. Fill out the missing attributes in your spreadsheet.
Use the field dropdowns to make sure that Warehouse, Category, Manufacturer, Model and Grade values match the codes you preconfigured in your Settings. The red cells indicate required attributes.
5. Click on Import to upload the edited file.
6. Drag and drop or browse your computer to upload your file.
7. Look over the changes that your import will make. If everything looks correct, click Save Changes. If not, click Cancel and re-import your file.
8. You will get a notification that you uploaded your missing attributes correctly.
