1. Go to your Inventory page.

2. You can search for inventory using a keyword or item number.

3. You can also filter inventory by category.

4. Choose a category.

5. You can see out of stock items.

6. To filter on more specific attributes, click on NEW.

7. Choose your filter from specific attributes.
![]() |
8. Choose your secondary attribute to narrow down your selection.
![]() |
9. Click on CLEAR to reset all your filters.

10. Update on-hand amounts or add new SKUs.
Click export in the top right to download a template to fill out and re-import.

If you're connecting your external ERP with PhoneX via API, you won't see the import button. Instead, test to make sure your connection is working.
