If you upload spreadsheets to PhoneX to add inventory, customers, users, attributes, order details, and more, you will see that the spreadsheets you export from PhoneX include various colors. These colors all mean something.
Here is the guide:
- Green: These values are unique identifiers. When you make changes to a spreadsheet, these values tell us which item, or customer, or order, etc, to make the change to. The import will work only with the unique identifier.
- Teal header/gray background: These are read-only values that the import will ignore.
- Gold header/yellow background: These are fields that you can update. Many of them will have dropdowns that allow you to easily select a value.
