On your Customers page, you can add new customers and users, individually or in bulk using a spreadsheet upload.
1. Go to your Customers page.

2. Click Import and download the New Customers spreadsheet.
3. Fill in the spreadsheet.
Fill in your customer's contact information, billing and shipping addresses, and sales rep information. Then save the file.
The system automatically generates a PhoneX customer number when you upload new customers.
If you are keeping another system in sync with PhoneX for your customers, you will see a field called Ref Customer #. You can add the customer number from your ERP or CRM in this column to keep your systems in sync.
4. Browse your computer or drag and drop your file. Then, upload it.

5. Review the changes your upload will make. If everything looks correct, click Save Changes. If not, click Cancel and re-import your file.
6. You will see a confirmation that you have successfully updated your customers.
