You can update order details, including IMEIs and tracking information, in bulk or for individual orders. If you integrated your ERP with PhoneX via API and your manifest automatically syncs, this step will happen automatically.
1. Download the spreadsheet you'll need to fill out.
You can start from your Orders page, or from the Order Details page for an individual order.
From your Orders page, Click on Import, then Import Manifest.
Click on download template to get the spreadsheet you will need to update.
You can also start from your Order Details page for an individual order. Click Export Manifest to download the order spreadsheet.
2. Fill out the spreadsheet with IMEIs and tracking information.
3. Import the updated spreadsheet.
4. Browse your computer or drag and drop to upload your file.
5. Review the changes that your import will make.
If everything looks correct, click Save Changes. If not, click Cancel to update your spreadsheet and reimport it.
