On your Offer Clearing page, you can see all incoming offers and lots of helpful data to help you decide whether to accept, reject, or counter the offers. This is one of the most valuable areas of the system, because it's designed to help you understand how your inventory is selling. Here's how to clear offers.
1. View all of your incoming offers.
On the Current chart to the left, you will see all the offers you've gotten on all of your items. You will also see how many items you have available, how many offers you’ve had, how many you have booked - and at this rate, how long it will take you to sell this inventory.
2. Click on any offer to see historical offer and booking activity for that item, as well as activity on related items in your inventory.
3. View Demand information for each SKU.
You will see a record of pricing & booking for each SKU. By default, the chart shows information from the past week, but you can adjust the dates.
To see more for a particular item, click on the lightning bolt icon above $ Average Price Booked.
4. When you click the lightning bolt, the Demand chart will pop up.
You will see how your items performed at different pricing levels.
-
In this example, at $395, you booked 40 and shipped 19 devices.
-
At $393, you got 21 offers.
-
The percentages (25%, 50%, 100%) are telling you that, if sales stay the same as in the last 7 days, you could sell that percentage of your current available inventory at the respective price or higher.
-
If you are interested in turning your inventory faster, you may decide you want to price the item closer to the lower price on the scale.
5. You can Accept, Reject, or Counter offers.
Click the Accept or Reject buttons, or type in a new amount and click Counter to counter the offer.
6. Now the offer will have a new status that shows the action you took.
7. You can also update offers in bulk.
This is especially effective when you use advanced filters to find the offers you want to find. In this example, we will look for offers that are within 2% of our list price. Click New to start filtering.
8. Click Advance Filters.
9. Select Offer $ Range and click Next.
10. Type in the percentage and click Apply.
11. Now you can see all your best offers. Check the box to select all of the filtered offers.
13. Click Accept and Save.
